Pakistan: The Christians in Pakistan has expressed grave concern on Christmas programs telecasted by different TV channels produced by Muslim teams. "Its fact that this year more coverage by the TV Channels was given as compared to the previous years" said Stephen Bahadur He added " I have never watched and not even heard from family and friends about any TV program that would be of much attraction but on the contrary I have noticed that some of these programs are ridiculous, giving no moral and religious lesson to the viewers" Mr. Bahadur said "These programs contained nothing about Christmas and birth of Jesus Christ." Whether intending or unintentionally, these programs were not representing Christianity and Christian Faith at all. Because in one program a photo of some religious personalities were pasted at the back screen and on the front stage people were dancing on Indian songs and in another drama a girl proposed a Father (Catholic Priest) for marriage and to convince him, she quote an example to him that one such father has also married with a girl whom he loved. What lessons and messages these programs contained? "Nothing has been excerpted from the Holy Bible. Nothing is of faith boosting. Nothing is about Jesus Christ. The kind of Christmas they have tried to shown through their TV Channels is not Christmas at all because the WITHOUT CHRIST THERE CAN BE NO CHRISTMAS" He said
