Taking advantage of this golden opportunity the friends want the issue of Karachi Diocese and the Synod of the Church of Pakistan to settle once for all. The Christians have demanded all the Bishops to bring the relevant documents along with them as mentioned against their names in order to settle the issues in public. It’s retreated that only the public can solve these issues by their direct involvement and perhaps this is the right time. 1. Alexander John Malik. Please bring with you the copies of the constitutions of your Diocese along with up to date amendments made so far specially about the election of the Bishops in your Diocese. We may ask you the reasons for the said amendments. Please also bring with you the copies of the constitutions of (a) LDBE (b) LDTA (c) Lahore Diocesan Bookshop (d) Lahore Diocesan Furnishers (e) Lahore Diocesan Workshop, distribution system of the note books printed by your son, profit and loss statement of the canteens run by your brother in law. Please bring the Audit Reports along with the comments of the auditors and actions taken. Also please bring copies of the ‘Articles of Association’ of LDTA prior to 1985 and the ones as amended by you along with the roll call sheets of their meetings before 1985. You may have to answer questions about the Synod of June 2003. 2. Samuel Azraiah. You have been the former Moderator of the Church of Pakistan. Would you please throw light on how and why you over stayed in the office of the Moderator and with what constitutional authority. What lead you to form the General Council in Peshawar in2000? Why you wanted to come to Karachi as the Bishop of Karachi and what cost the Church had to pay for your fantasy? 3. Bishop Mano Rimalshah. Please bring with you the copies of the correspondence about your resignation when you joined USPG. Is it possible for a Diocese to remain without a Bishop for more than six months? As a Christian is it right to claim the episcopate in this manner? Would you through some light on the reasons of your second marriage with special reference to the court case in Peshawar on this issue? 4. Rafiq Masih. Please bring with you a copy of your Matriculation certificate along with a copy of the minutes of the Executive Committee of the Synod Church of Pakistan held at 27, Liaquat Road, Civil Lines, (St. Thomas Cathedral) Hyderabad on 8th April 1997 and the copy of the minutes of Synod of June 2003. Also please bring bank statements of Diocesan accounts when Bishop S. K. Dass left and the present statements. 5. Samuel Pervaiz. Please bring copies of the Church of Scotland properties sold in your times duly attested by the present Attorney of the Church of Scotland. Certified copies of the agreement about Saint Andrews Church, Karachi may interest the Christians of Karachi, therefore please bring them along. There are stories told about you recreation in hotels told by your close friends. Would you please avail this opportunity to throw some light on them?
