Presenting the facts in APCC moot professor Salamat Akhtar said “One Muhammad Ibrahim Conspirated against the poor Christian Community and with the Collaboration of the Then Patwari fraudulently Alloted in his name, Khasra No. 1405 and Khasra No. 1406 (16 Kanals) an integral Part of the Christian Graveyard for generations” He further added that when illegal allotee bulldozed the Graves of the Christian Community and molested the sanctity of the bones of Dead Christians, the Christian residents of the village submitted an application Dated 26-08-1986 to the Then Deputy Commissioner Sialkot, Who referred the case to the Assistant Commissioner Narowal. The Honourable Commissioner visited the site in Person witnessed the bones of the dead found out after digging, interviewed the elderly Muslims of Dhamthal such as, Mr., Yousaf Jutt, Mr. Baddan Khan Mayo, and Mr Ghafoor Khan Mayo etc and submitted a factual report making Khasra No.1405 and Khasra No.1406 a part and parcel of the Christian Graveyard. In the light of this report the then Deputy Commissioner Sialkot Ordered the review of Mutation Number 70 Dated 04-03-1977 wide his order Dated 11-01-1988. Unfortunately this order has not be Implemented so far and the original position of the Graveyard is not restored. Professor Salamat Akhtar said “This Illegal Allotment of a Christian Graveyard is an unspeakable and Indefensible crime against the Golden Teachings of the Holy Quran, Canons of Morality, Norms of Humanity and the basic Human Rights Guaranteed (if any) by the Constitution” The Christians of Pakistan in general and the Christians of Dhamthal , Tehsil and district Narowal, Earnestly appeal to the President of Pakistan, The Prime Minister of Pakistan, The Governor of the Punjab The Chief Minister of Punjab, The Chief Justice of Pakistan, The Chief Justice of Lahore High Court. The Minister for Minorities Affairs, The Organizations of Human Rights In Pakistan and The Minister for Religious Affairs to please intervene and direct the District Nazim Narowal , D.C.O. Narowal and D.D.O.R (Deputy District Officer Revenue) Narowal to Implement the Order of the Then Deputy Commissioner Sialkot Dated 11-01-1988 based On the Factual report of the then Assistant Commissioner in Letter and spirit by restoring the Graveyard which would Certainly Glorify Islam , Pakistan, The Muslim Umma and The Musharraf Regime.
