David with wife Patricia and daughter Jasmine in USA

US deported David Gerald in hiding after attack by Muslims in Pakistan. PCP Report.
Karachi. April 4. A group of Muslims attacked and injured David Gerald, a Pakistani Christian married to US citizen, arrested and deported from Housto

Mr. David Gerald is in hiding after potential life threats when his wife Patricia and stepdaughter are fighting legal battle for family re-union in USA. The Marriage of David Gerald was entirely different from the illegal aliens " Paper marriages" for adjustment of status in USA. Mr. David entered legally on student visa in USA and met his soul mate Patricia on a store of his part time job. Patricia have daughter Jasmine of 4 year when David and she married with Christian religious rituals. They enjoyed their marriage life united for 7 years until his arrest and deportation in 2002. Patricia filed petition in 1997 for change of Mr. David's status to "Spouse of US Citizen" and duly approved in 1998. The INS was not satisfied with Mr. David's immigration status due to his absence on legal hearings in 1996 and had detained him in May 2001 for 36 days. Mrs. Patricia David also testified on June 4, 2003 about her husband's deportation at a public forum in Washington DC, attended by Reps. Jim McDermott (D-WA), Jay Inslee (D-Wa), Michael Honda (D-CA) and Senator Ted Kennedy (D-MA). The presentation of Mrs. David at Forum " Justice for All- A Nationwide Public Forum on Selective Enforcement After September 11, 2001" is great hope for re-union of this family but she is still alone with daughter waiting for David to join and restart life. Patricia has grave concern about safety of her husband in Pakistan and Jasmine in waiting for her loving father to take her on treats.
