Prayers for souls offered in historic graveyard of Khushpur
Faisalabad: November 4, 2013. (Pastor Shabbir Patras) This is a very special for the Catholic Christian because they pray for soles and celebrate a festival on 2nd November every year.
This is very nice day in Khushpur , all people of village gather in graveyard and pray for those who die.
This day all graves looking delightful and graveyard looking like advance city, some things about this graveyard in this graveyard there are many leaders are burial here, Bishop John Joseph, Rev. Fr. Allah Rakha, martyr Fr. George Ibrahim, martyr Javed Masih (killed in Islamabad mart hotel boom blast), martyr Shahbaz Bhatti and many foreigner priests.
This graveyard is very historical since 1903 when Khushpur came to being. This is a very healthy act from all villagers.
