Karachi: May 19, 2010. (PCP) Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC said that 20 million Pakistani Christians are victim of hate on religion and deprived of their equal democratic rights in Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The All India Christian Association favored formation of Pakistan on assurances of Mohammad Ali Jinnah that being followers of Holy Books, Christian-Muslim shall enjoy equal rights after partition of India in Pakistan. The positive role of Christians in Pakistan Movement is part of history which is denied by Muslim historians after independence of Pakistan in 1947. After legislation of constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan in 1973, Christians were turned to be second class citizens in their own land where they were masters for centuries. Nazir Bhatti said “Christians are treated like slaves and untouchable and are not permitted to dine in Muslim owned restaurant and drink water in same glass in public places which is worst shape of humanity on globe in 21st century” It is on record that one elected Christian member of National Assembly of Pakistan was forced to pay for cups, glasses and plates when his delegation on way to Kasur city stopped to eat at road side Muslim vendor. There was uproar on floor of house on this incident but government not legislated to end hate on religion. As claimed by Muslim Imams in Pakistan that Christianity is religion of infidels and its righteousness to enforced conversion for marriage to Christian women but un-Islamic to eat with them. It is fact that, a Christian is not permitted to eat on Muslim dinners and if any one is found to be eating, he is beaten and insulted in Pakistan. In such hate on religion Christians have no opportunity to enter in catering business in Pakistan because Muslims take it un-Islamic to eat food prepared by any infidel Christians in Pakistan. The Christians were never immigrants or aggressors like Muslims who invaded sub-continent of India and settled in our land while Christians are sons of soil. The Muslims migrated from Iran, Turkey, Afghanistan and Central Asia and destroyed Indian civilization after capturing our land, converted Sindhi, Balochi and indigence Punjabi to Islam with force. The All India Muslim League demand formation of Pakistan on claims of hate which they were facing from Hindu majority in India when Christians of Pakistan are bearing worst hate from Muslims but not demanding any independent state but a Separate Christian Province as federal unit on division of Punjab where they are second biggest population. Nazir Bhatti said “Punjab is safe heaven for Islamic extremist organizations which can wage Jihad against government of Pakistan any moment and to face eruption of volcanic Islamic terrorism in Punjab, it is in best interest of solidarity and integrity of Pakistan to divide Punjab in four provinces including Christian province unless it is too late”
