Peshawar High Court orders to file criminal charges on Commercial Plaza in Mission Hospital Peshawar.

Peshawar: March 29, 2009. The Division Bench of Peshawar High Court ordered to approach petitioner to Session Courts Peshawar to file case under criminal charges against accused persons

who allegedly sold of part of plot of Mission Hospital Peshawar for Commercial Plaza to one Muslim contractor. Bishop Ijaz Inayat was petitioner in said petition. The properties of Church of Pakistan through out Pakistan are sold by clergy land mafia with support of Muslims which have caused unrest among members of union of these Churches of Anglican, Presbyterian and Methodists in 1970. In Karachi, Lahore, Hyderabad, Lahore, Multan and Rawalpindi land adjacent to Churches and Missionary Schools have been already sold by clergy to Muslims for commercial purposes and millions have been collected and transferred to foreign banks.
