As happens many times in the life of an individual it happens with countries also that they get divine grace & help without specifically doing anything about it. It has precisely happened with Ukraine (which is suffering immensely for the last over three years due to UKraine war) which has now got divine help from the all-mighty (of very bright chances of getting relief from the immense sufferings) which has come in the form of the latest demand by Prez Putin. 

The demand by Prez PUtin to carry out elections in UKraine under the UN as reported at -

(1)- This demand of Prez Putin  is self-goal by Russia and has put Prez Trump (who doesn’t want to talk about territories of UKraine) in difficult situation and has helped the CoW  (Coalition of willing) which has been consistently accusing Russia of invading the territories of UKraine. .While demanding the said elections in Ukraine under the UN  Prez Putin failed to understand that the UN will conduct elections in the territory of UKraine which is acknowledges / accepted as  territory of UKraine being a member of the UN which will go against any claim of Russia (notwithstanding resolutions by Russian Parliament the DUMA) that Crimea or Donbass regions etc are part of Russia.  

(2)- Moreover Prezs TRump and Putin should not be surprised if Prez Zelensky gets elected again as President in the said UN Monitored elections because PRez Zelensky is considered by considerable  part of UKrainians as a hero who courageously (Even amidst the threat to his personal safety and security) led UKraine as President the supreme commander of the armed forces of UKraine to defend the motherland against militarily much more powerful invading enemy. 

(3)- EVen if Prez Zelensky loses election the new President of UKraine also can’t compromise on the territorial integrity of Ukraine  This will make the task of PrezTrump very difficult in hammering out any ceasefire or peace agreement because so far Russia was not dealing with a situation where territories of Ukraine were also a condition from the side of UKraine.

(4)- Prez Zelensky submitted to any and every thing said by the USA after spat at Whitehouse and after that USA stopped military and intelligence aid to UKraine https://edition.cnn.com/2025/03/03/politics/trump-administration-ukraine-aid/index.html. Hence Prez Putin could succeed in making Prez TRump to avoid (by so brow-beating Prez ZElensky) any consideration of territorial integrity of UKraine being any condition in ceasefire talks or in any likely peace talks but it may not happen with another & newly elected President of UKraine 

(5)- The CoW of 31 countries  which was finding it difficult to put its boots on ground in UKraine to enforce ceasefire as mentioned at https://www.euronews.com/my-europe/2025/03/27/coalition-of-the-willing-meets-in-paris-to-strengthen-support-for-ukraine will find it easier to put their boots on ground (for securing any ceasefire or peace agreement) as a part of the UNPKF ((UN Peace Keeping Force) which will be needed by the UN to conduct peaceful and free & fair elections in UKraine. 

(6)- Ukraine may appeal to Government of India to spare at least one mullion personnels [Security forces of military, paramilitary and police force for UNPKF and civil staff (including former Chief Election Commissioners) to conduct election activities like preparing electoral lists, keeping eye on election campaign by candidates and their political parties, manning polling booths, counting of votes etc].

(7)- India will gladly spare these people for the UN because not only  it will boost the ego of PM Modi that Russia wants INdia to end the war as discussed at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wj3UgmXWXog but it is only a matter of time that the Hindtva forces in India and other so-called Andh-Bhakts the blind-supporters of PM Modi Start saying that previously it was only a potential but now INdia de-facto has become “VIshwa-Guru” (the teacher or knowledge-giver of the world https://www.newindianexpress.com/opinions/2022/Jun/21/vishwa-guru-india-the-why-and-the-how-2468181.html ) which will increases the electoral wealth of PM Modi 

(8)- UKraine should also request the UN to ratify (After new government comes in UKraine after the said UN monitored elections) any ceasefire or peace agreement between Russia and UKraine (to be mediated by the USA etc or otherwise) because it will be the best guarantee for the territorial integrity of UKraine 

(9)- THe CoW of 31 countries may play an important role in persuading the UN to ratify the said ceasefire and peace agreements along with security mechanism to enforce these ceasefire and peace agreements. THe CoW can even constrain the UN to do this ratification by giving an ultimatum that if not done so by the UN Then they may (alongwith other member countries) leave the UN to launch another world body for the NHRFRBSDSPGO (New Human Rights Friendly Rule Based Secular DeMocratic Socialist Participatory GLobal Order).

Therefore UKraine (Prez Zelensky) should urgently submit a petition in the  United Nations requesting its Secretary General that the UN ought to proceed immediately  to get an election (as demanded by Russia too) conducted in UKraine under the supervision of the UN with the assistance of the UNPKF.
