In my umpteen published article in national and international media I have said that - “[There are people in this world who have not merely read Quran but has practiced also its basic principles hence they know that Islam is not only the most modern religion (because it worships the abstract hence is commensurate with modern science & technology) but is also a simple religion which is its most difficult part (because it is difficult to be simple). Moreover most of the Muslims only read the Quran and don’t practice its basic principles / preachings hence tens of millions of Muslims are bleeding & weeping profusely from Myanmar to NAME region]”.

In other words no body can diminish the importance of Prophet Muhammad not only for Muslims but also for the followers of other religions which religiously benefit from the basic preaching (in Quran) of Prophet Muhammad. But Muslims all over the world want to compensate their lack of loyalty towards & practice for the basic preaching of Quran / Prophet Muhammad by showing their fanaticism about so-called “Tahaffuz-e-Namus-e-Risalat” ( protecting the Prophet’s sanctity & reputation) which has surfaced time and again in various parts of the world where Muslims have indulged in wide-spread violence and even killing over this non-issues by ridiculously saying that some one has insulted prophet Muhammad.

The latest being in India where Nupur Sharma, the spokesperson of Hindutva party, the BJP commented during a TV debate over the married life of Prophet Muhammad and which unnecessarily has not only incensed the Muslims all over the world (including many governments of Muslim countries and the OIC of 57 Muslim countries) but has also constrained the government of India and the BJP who are vying with each other to offer apology for what Nupur Sharma said  [On 27 May 2022, Sharma participated in a debate on the Gyanvapi masjid dispute on the Times Now TV Channel during which she commented that the Prophet Muhammad married a six-year-old bride (Aisha) and had sex with her when her age was nine years as mentioned at

Muslims don’t understand (that whatever Prophet Muhammad did in His married life was as per the practices of the time accepted by Arab society and some of these facts may be even distorted / exaggerated) hence they need not be unnecessarily defensive about these. The Muslims can learn about it from my religion ‘Digambar Jainism’ in which our religious leaders (the Muni Maharaj) remains ‘Digambar’ (naked) which many times invite comments (unnecessarily offensive, derogatory etc) from the followers of other religions mainly from Hindus but we don’t react at all because we know that it is a legitimate & necessary part of our religion. In other words when there is no reason to be apologetic about married life of Prophet Muhammad then why to be over sensitive on a religious issue rather it should be ignored by the Muslims.

But the way this ‘ Nupur controversy’ (

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-india-61701908 ) has ignited fanaticism in Muslim world, the US-President Biden and USCIRF (US Commission on International Religious Freedom) should come forward and denounce this dangerous fanaticism of Muslim world. The USCIRF has all the more reason to do it because without expecting responsible & sane behavior from the followers of different religions (including and especially from Muslims), international religious freedom is impossible. It is important because the USA (during on-going cold war - II between ‘liberal Western democracy’ against ‘authoritarian Chinese democracy’) can’t afford secular democratic India to be intimidated by the fanaticism of theocratic Muslim world. It has become necessary for the USA because Prime Minister Modi (despite leading BJP of Hindutva forces) doesn’t understand even abcd of religion hence shamelessly bringing needless humiliation to nuclear India of 1.4 billion people (by submitting to the fanaticism & highhandedness of the theocratic Muslim world).

It is hoped Prez Biden & the USCIRF will intervene in this extremely important & explosive matter to prove “the USA still is the leader of the free civilized sane world”.

“Jindal can eliminate fanatic-highhandedness of Muslim Ummah by challenging his expulsion from BJP, in Court”             

In the on-going ‘Nupur controversy’ three issues are important (i)- “Tahaffuz-e-Namus-e-Risalat” ( protecting the Prophet’s sanctity & reputation)  (ii)- Communalism in India and (iii)- fanatic-highhandedness of Muslims as given below:-

(1)- Muslims don’t understand (that whatever Prophet Muhammad did in His married life was as per the practices of the time and accepted by Arab society and some of these facts may be even distorted / exaggerated. Hence Muslims need not be unnecessarily defensive about these. But we don’t react at all because we know that Digambar is a legitimate & necessary part of our religion moreover there is nothing to be defensive about it. In other words when there is no reason to be apologetic about married life of Prophet Muhammad then why to be over sensitive on it rather it should be ignored by the Muslims. However BJP has already punished Nupur Sharma (the spokesperson of the BJP) by suspending her the WAY she talked about married life of Prophet Muhammad and that is more than enough punishment / warning to Nupur. 

(2)- Both Hindus & Muslims have been destroying secularism in India for the past about 35 years. The Muslims by their acts of omission (https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/4020 ) and the Hindus by their acts of commission (https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/exclusive-reports-details/220 ) and it was in the knowledge of entire Muslim world hence if the governments of some Muslim countries and the OIC now shed crocodile tears over lack of secularism in India then it need not be given any importance.

(3)- As far as fanatic-highhandedness, the Muslims of Indian subcontinent have extremely more fanatic-highhandedness than Hindus hence due to partition about 20 % population each of Pakistan and Bangladesh of Hindus were expelled whereas Muslims have remained the same in India rather increased a bit to about 15 % (if illegal immigrants mainly from Bangladesh are taken into account). Moreover practically all Kashmiri Pandits were expelled from Muslim majority Kashmir. Hindu majority India allows this fanatic-highhandedness of Muslims by not resisting it adequately. But this fanatic-highhandedness (by taking excuse of  “Tahaffuz-e-Namus-e-Risalat” ) is present in entire Muslim Ummah all across the world which has surfaced time and again in various parts of the world where Muslims have indulged in wide-spread violence and even killing over this non-issues by ridiculously saying that some one has insulted prophet Muhammad. Even in present ‘Nupur controversy’ Muslim Ummah is showing fanatic-highhandedness, which needs to be eliminated ruthlessly. 

This fanatic-highhandedness of Muslim Ummah can be countered effectively if Naveen Jindal moves Delhi High Court or  Supreme Court against his expulsion from the BJP by giving two reasons - 

(A)- Jindal was even expelled (and not merely suspended) against the principle of natural justice because he was not given show cause notice by the BJP hence Jindal was denied an opportunity to defend himself EVEN as per Article XXV DISCIPLINARY ACTION - 3  of the BJP Constitution.  

(B)- Whatever Jindal said about married life of Prophet Muhammad is as per information available on internet / google (and even in religious texts & literature of Islam) and expressing any opinion by Jindal on it, is guaranteed under Article 19 of the Constitution of India hence the BJP can’t suspend or expel Jindal on the basis of this opinion of Jindal.
