Father accuses Latifabad A Section Police facilitated kidnappers to kill his son

HYDERABAD: March 28, 2018. (Bureau Report) A resident of Latifabad No.11 Muhammad Nadeem has accused A section police of facilitating kidnappers to kill his 15-year-old son Aliyan. He has made appeal to chief justice Pakistan, chief minister Sindh and chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to provide justice to his family by punishing culprits. Addressing news conference at local press club he said his son was kidnapped on 5 February 2018 and when he went to police station A section Latifabad but they refused to lodge his FIR. Instead of starting investigation from accused persons names of whom he had given, police forced him, his nephew and niece to sit 12 hours at police station and started investigating them. While the accused he had identified came to police station but were not arrested and were let free to go. He said police asked him that his son was adult and would return back home. He told media that a week later on 12 February a dead body was found from bushed of GCD ground. He was called for identification and that it was body of his son. He alleged that even then police refused to file FIR. However, on intervention of PPP leader Abdul Jabbar Khan and minister Jam Khan Shoro police lodged FIR but did not move to arrest killers. He alleged SHO A section police Latifabad of abetting with kidnappers as he said had police lodged his FIR on 5 February, his son could have been saved. He made appeal to CJP, CM Sindh and PPP chairperson to take stern action against A section police and provide his family justice.
