Islamabad: May 26, 2017. (PCP) Convener World Minorities Alliance and Organizer Awami Maseeha Party Mr. J Salik wrote a letter to the interior minister Mr. Ch. Nisar Ali Khan. He suggested offering a good Ramadan package to vulnerable lawbreakers. The text of letter is as under. Hope you are doing well. I want to give you a very important suggestion to the ministry of interiors. A good Ramadan Package should be offered from interior ministry to the vulnerable lawbreakers to bring them in law, who are driving on roads for 10 years or more but don’t have their driving licenses because of any reason. They (Lawbreakers) are afraid because of the fear of police or because of any other reason like being failed in the test. With offering a wonderful package in the holy month of Ramadan we can not only bring them under law but it is the betterment of our public and it will help to shorten the distance between public and the officials. I can talk to you on this issue if you want any explanation and I can provide the proofs as well and I can suggest you how to implement that idea. Remember that the formation of women police station was possible after my suggestion and investigation from women after 6PM was outlawed because I protested for the whole night in Sargodha when I sat on the beam in a freezing cold night after happening of some worst incidents with women in police station, now we all are getting the advantage of this decision.
