Chandigarh: March 27, 2017. (PCP) An Expert Session on “The Care & Keeping of Self” was organized by RAAHAT- Society for Serving Humanity, Guru Gobind Singh College for Women, Sector 26, Chandigarh. The aim of the session was to address fundamental issues and queries related to Health & Hygiene and break the silence surrounding them.
Dr. Virpal Kaur, Medical expert and Gynecologist was the speaker for the day, who apprised the students about the different ways of maintaining Good Health. The students interacted with Dr. Kaur and inquired about various issues related to basic female hygiene.
The College Principal, Dr. Charanjeet Kaur Sohi applauded the efforts of RAAHAT in organizing the session and emphasized the need for inculcating and maintaining good Health and Hygiene.
