Bhim Singh expresses shock on accidental death of his nephew Mohan Singh

New Delhi: February 13, 2017. (PCP) Prof.Bhim Singh, Sr. Advocate of Supreme Court & Chairman of Conference Project of Supreme Court Bar Association today expressed deep shock on the sudden/accidental death of his nephew (elder sister’s son) this morning while he was travelling in a Car from Jammu to Pathankote with his colleagues working in the J&K Bank at Pathankote. In a meeting at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi this afternoon, Prof.Bhim Singh with his colleagues, lawyers and others held a condolence meeting expressing grief and shock on the accidental death of Shri Mohan Singh (45) near Kathua while Shri Mohan Singh and his colleagues were travelling from Jammu to Pathankote this morning. Prof.Bhim Singh and Members of the Bar and Panthers Party activists expressed heartfelt condolences and prayed for peace to the departed soul in the heavens. Prof.Bhim Singh said that Shri Mohan Singh and his brother and two sisters have also passed through very tragic situation when they lost their father, Shri Sher Singh (serving in Army) and later their mother Mrs. Ishai Purani a year later in hospital at Udhampur. Prof.Bhim Singh said that Shri Mohan Singh studied in Sainik School, Nagrota (Jammu Tawi) with a brilliant record and joined the service in J&K Bank so that he could take care of his brother and sisters. Prof.Bhim Singh said that Mohan Singh rose from the status of a Manager in J&K Bank. He served outside J&K in Dehradun and at present he was serving in J&K at Pathankote. Shri Mohan Singh left behind his wife, a daughter (14) and a son (12). Shri Harsh Dev Singh and Shri Balwant Singh Mankotia (Mohan Singh’s cousin brothers) reached the place of accident near Kathua this morning.
