(PCP) According to sources close to Pakistan Christian Post in government of Pakistan as China warns Pakistan that it not supporting Pakistan in United Nations against terror activities then Pakistan puts Hafiz Saeed and four others in house arrest who are involved under terror activities and put in list of banned organization.
Pakistani Armed Forces supported, funded and trained LeT and other organizations to wage terror in Kashmir, India and Afghanistan and when UN declared them terrorist organization the Pakistani Army allowed them to operate in different names and helped such militants to operate in Balochistan also for vested interests.
China supported Pakistan in United Nations when India presented resolution against Jaish Mohammad Chief Massod Azhar but it seems that China intends no more to support terror activities of Pakistan.
According to news agencies, for the fifth time, Pakistan on Monday night put Mumbai terror attack mastermind and Jamat-ud-Dawa (JuD) supremo Hafiz Saeed under house arrest, amidst reports that Islamabad could be in the international doghouse again over concerns about money laundering and terror financing.
As per Pakistani media reports, a senior Pakistani interior ministry official wrote a letter, dated January 29, to the Punjab home secretary that Saeed and four others belonging to the JuD had been placed under “preventative detention”. “The matter is most urgent,” said the letter, signed by Aurangzeb Haque, additional secretary, Ministry of Interior.
A day later, on Monday night (January 30), Pakistan Punjab police landed at the headquarters of the JuD and placed Saeed under house arrest. JuD flags have been removed from the area by provincial authorities.
According to reports, Saeed was taken from a Lahore mosque to his residence, which was then declare as a sub-jail. He has been detained under section Section 11-EEE(1) of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997.
Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC said that Pakistan establishment is not sincere to end terrorism and to stop activities of banned out fits in Pakistan but will allow them again to operate with different names.
Dr. Bhatti said that China will step forward and not support to terrorists of Pakistan on any international forum because with such acts terrorism will spread in China also and Muslims in China will be radicalize by such Pakistani preachers.
