HYDERABAD: September 28, 2016. (By Abbas Kassar) Sindh Taraqi Pasand Party and Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz, both Sindhi nationalist parties have held separate protest demonstration here against atrocities of Hyderabad police accusing it of killing a worker of STPP extra judicially and arrest of workers of both parties. STPP leaders Luqman Eri, Riaz Lakho and others held demonstration against killing of their party worker Gul Muhammad Jogi by Hyderabad police after arresting him. They slated Hyderabad police for killing political workers under extra judicial killings after arresting them as it had tested the blood of innocent people by killing them in fake encounters. They demanded case of murder be filed against police officers involved in killing Gul Muhammad Jogi and action against SSP Hyderabad. Meanwhile Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz also held protest demonstration in front of press club against arrest of their leaders Noor Hussain Bhucho and Masroor Thebo by Hyderabad police in a false case and declaring another worker Rehman Pirzada as absconder. The protest was led by Ghaffar Chandio,Nawab Burdi, Imran Hajano, Liaquat Mallah and Mushtaq Chandio. They said Hyderabad police declared arrest of Noor Hussain and Masroor in false bomb case and mentioned JSQM district president Rehman Pirzada in same case as absconder. They also informed that other workers of JSQM, Mamoon Dahri, Ahmed Leghari, Raja Memon and Qadir Memon have also been arrested. They told that JSQM was a peace loving and believes in non violence. They alleged that state has launched undeclared operation against nationalist workers of Sindh. They made appeal to human rights bodies to raise voice against state atrocities on national political parties. It may be reminded that Hyderabad police has been accused of killing in custody accused persons before producing them in court. In last nearly 2 years Hyderabad police under command of SSP Irfan Ali Baloch has killed more than 40 persons under code name of Full Fry and hundreds injured under Half Fry. It was amazing to note that higher judiciary has taken no notice of such extra judicial killings in Sindh.
