Speaker Sindh Assembly and PML (N) delegation visits MQM hunger striker for negotiation

Karachi: August 20, 2016. (PCP) Agha Siraj Durrani, speaker Sindh Assembly and delegation of ruling Pakistani Muslim League PML (N) on directives of Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif visited Muttahida Qaumi Movement MQM hunger strike till death camp in front of Karachi Press Club. Yesterday leader of opposition in National assembly of Pakistan Syed Khursheed along with other PPP leader Mr. Qamar Naveed met with MQM workers who are protesting against the MQM activists arrest by the law enforcement agencies in Karachi .While talking to journalists, Agha Siraj Durrani said that he has come here to negotiate with the MQM protesting workers. He also offered to MQM that he is ready to talk with other political parties including Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) for negotiation. Meanwhile, delegation of PML (N) offered MQM of negotiation and assured that their grievances will be immediately conveyed to Prime Minister of Pakistan. The law enforcement agencies are arresting MQM workers and leaders and press them to join one political group which is blamed to be formed by establishment to crush MQM. There have been incidents of extra judicial killing and torture of MQM activists during detention by Sindh Rangers who are conducting Karachi Operation.
