Sindhi Sangat condemn killing of Hindu teenage boy by religious extremists

Hyderabad: July 31, 2016. (PCP) Sindhi Sangat Sindh strongly condemned killing of teenager Sindhi Hindu Satish Kumar in an attack by religious extremists in Mirpur Mathelo, district Ghotki. Sindhi Sangat Sindh extended condolence with the family and friends of deceased Satish Kumar, Expresses solidarity with Sindhi Hindus In an issued press release on Saturday, Central Chairman of the Sindhi Sangat Sindh Mansoor Khaskheli has strongly condemned killing of teenager Sindhi Hindu Satish Kumar in an attack by religious extremists in Mirpur Mathelo, district Ghotki. Chairman Sindhi Sangat Sindh Mansoor Khaskheli has said that on Tuesday night, two Hindu youths, Dewan Satish Kumar and Avinash were sitting at tea stall when a mob of religious extremists opened fire on them, Satish Kumar succumbed to his injuries, meanwhile his friend Avinash was seriously wounded. Central Chairman of the Sindhi Sangat Sindh Mansoor Khaskheli has further said that assets and lives of Sindhi Hindus are continuously under attack in Sindh, Pakistan. There has been a sharp increase in violence against religious minorities including forced conversions, target killings, extortion, looting, kidnapping in Sindh, Pakistan. Recently Gokal Das, an elderly Hindu man was beaten by a police constable in Ghotki for allegedly eating and selling food during Ramzan. Sindh is the land of Sufis, preaching tolerance, interfaith harmony & love for humanity for the last many centuries. Such attacks are deemed as attacks on the Sindh’s historic identity which was earned through the struggle of the Sufis, Secular and the progressive people of Sindh. Sindhi Sangat Sindh strongly condemned killing of teenager Sindhi Hindu Satish Kumar in an attack by religious extremists in Mirpur Mathelo, district Ghotki, Sindhi Sangat Sindh extended condolence with the family and friends of deceased Satish Kumar, Expresses solidarity with Sindhi Hindus.
