Hyderabad: July 16, 2016. (PCP) Central Chairman of the Sindhi Sangat Sindh Mansoor Khaskheli has strongly condemned murder of model Qandeel Baloch victim of honour killing, no excuse is acceptable for Qandeel’s murder, and killer must be punished.
In an issued press release, Central Chairman of the Sindhi Sangat Sindh Mansoor Khaskheli has strongly condemned murder of model Qandeel Baloch and said atrocities against women are continuously increasing in Pakistan. Women in Pakistan are being deprived of their basic rights; they are victims of domestic violence, honour killings. More than 1,000 women are killed in Pakistan each year in the name of honour. These are the cases that are reported, but thousands go unregistered and unnoticed. Honour killing is heinous crime against humanity; it is a tragedy, a horror, a crime against humanity. Women beheaded, burned to death, stoned to death, strangled and buried alive for the honour of their families, there is no honour in honour killing. Central Chairman of the Sindhi Sangat Sindh Mansoor Khaskheli has strongly condemned murder of model Qandeel Baloch a victim of honour killing and demanded no excuse is acceptable for Qandeel’s murder, and killer must be punished.
