This is the only message which should reach every person in J&K that every citizen of India from Kashmir to Kanyakumari shall enjoy full freedoms enshrined in the fundamental rights in Chapter-III of the Constitution of India which has remained denied to them for 67 years. Prof.Bhim Singh declared that the Panthers Party shall resort to fast in front of Parliament of India, the day Parliament starts with a mission to seek direct intervention of the Parliament to extend civil and political rights enshrined in Chapter-III in the Indian Constitution to the people of J&K who have remained denied till day. Prof.Bhim Singh called on all the Members of Parliament to take up the issue of J&K directly above the party politics inside the Parliament just with a clear mandate of Parliament to amend Article 370 without any delay so that the Parliament shall have power to introduce all laws included in Central List (List-I) in Schedule-VII without any delay so that the people of J&K shall be free from the serfdom of 67 years under the fast domain of Article 370.
