Pakistani Hindus shocked over sad demise of Philanthropist Edhi

Karachi: July 9, 2016. (PCP) Patron-in-chief of Pakistan Hindu Council and Member of National Assembly Dr. Ramesh Kumar Vankwani has expressed extreme grief on the sad demise of renowned philanthropist Abdul Sattar Edhi. In a condolence message, Dr. Ramesh paid rich tribute to the great services of late Edhi, saying that Edhi had always actively participated in the annual mass wedding ceremonies organized by Pakistan Hindu Council in the honor of poor Hindu couples. "Recently, Pakistan Hindu Council delegation had also visited him to enquire about his health," he said. While appealing to the Hindu community for special prayers, Dr. Ramesh Vankwani also vowed to follow the footsteps of late Edhi for serving the humanity.
