Hyderabad: May 15, 2016. (By Abbas Kassar) Deputy Director Women Development Department Ms. Fauzia Ashraf Baloch who is running Women Development Center in a 4 room space in GOR police station for sake of safety of women complainant, has been constantly harassed and under threat by her departmental secretary and additional secretary for supply girls to them or face music. In a written application to Director General, IG Sindh and DIG Hyderabad she has complained that secretary WWD government of Sindh Ijaz Mangi, additional secretary Hadi Bux Zardari have been harassing and coercing her through section officer Ghulam Mustafa and PA Muhammad Bux Jokhyo for supply of girls to them especially if not others then a female social welfare officer and a female lawyer working in her office. She said in a letter that for the purpose of orgy/debauchery the above officers had taken a bungalow No. 156 in Defence Hyderabad. She said this bungalow was still lying vacant with no office etc and that the department has paid rent of Rs.495,670 for 5 months out of government funds. She said when she refused to meet the melafide designs of Zardari and Mangi, they asked her to shift female section of his office to that Bunglow but according to her she told them that there were only 10 employees in her staff who all feel safe at a space inside police station because the complainants happen to be women to whom she provides legal assistance through a female lawyer. She also alleged in her application that she was ordered to arrange beds for both officers Zardari and Mangi so that they can pass nights in that bunglow with girls on off days which when she refused, she was issued termination order. She has demanded from chief justice Sindh, chief minister, IG and others to help her from being coerced , harassed with melafide intentions by above officers and provide her and other female officers protection from above both officers and hold impartial inquiry
