New Delhi: May 6, 2016. (PCP) Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party called on Modi government in the Centre to take scientific and most needed step by amending Article 370 in the Indian Constitution so as to empower Parliament without any delay to legislate items listed in List-I of Schedule-VII of the Constitution. Prof. Bhim Singh, an expert in the Constitutional Law claimed that Article 370 turned infructuous on 20th August, 1952; the day the so-called Constituent Assembly of J&K (planted by Delhi) expelled the Monarch of Kashmir, Maharaja Hari Singh. He said that Article 370 was introduced by Constituent Assembly of the Union only to keep control and check on the powers of the Monarch, Maharaja Hari Singh. Prof. Bhim Singh expressed shock that the entire leadership in the country surrendered to the British colonial leadership to keep J&K out of the legislative control of the Union of India. Prof. Bhim Singh said congratulated the new leadership of the Panthers Party which has taken a bright decision and alarming by carrying a tri-colour flag from Lal Qila to Lal Chowk in Kashmir with a clear message that J&K is and shall be integral part of the Union of India and the Parliament of India is fully competent to legislate in respect of all matters listed in the Union List in Schedule-VII. Prof. Bhim Singh bravoed young Ankit Love who dared contest for the post of Mayor in the oldest and largest colonial city in London, UK challenging the colonial might that unified India still matters and its citizens residing in London as the citizens of United Kingdom have faith in democracy and believe that the citizens of India, Bangladesh, Pakistan along with Afghanistan and Burma settled in London can play a magic role to strengthen peaceful existence between East and the West to ensure peace and human dignity all over the world. Prof. Bhim Singh said that Ankit Love born in Delhi did his initial schooling in Shimla enjoyed breeze of J&K as a little child. Now challenging the big authoritarian lords in London by contesting election for the post of London Mayor. Prof. Bhim Singh said that Ankit Love has carried the message of peace, human and mutual co-existence reminding the world that India is still capable to carry the message of Lord Buddha which shows that power lies in human love and peace co-existence not in the weapons and not through the battles or wars. Prof. Bhim Singh congratulated his son Ankit Love for carrying the message of love and peace unto the world from his new London platform which was once foremost platform of colonial power. Prof. Bhim Singh congratulated the Panthers Party leadership for their highly appreciable and admirable decision to launch a Tiranga Yatra from Lal Qila to Lal Chowk (Kashmir) to sound every citizen of India and every person in the world that J&K is integral part of India and shall remain as long as the world survive. He said that Article 370 shall disappear like a hill of sands when the Panthers Party storm shall glow from North and the South in the near future.
