SNT backs army and rangers operation in Punjab

HYDERABAD: March 29, 2016. (PCP) Sindh National Tehrik has fully backed army and rangers operation launched in Punjab and has observed that if was in national interest for which the decision of army chief was commendable. This was stated by chairman of Sindh National Tehrik Ashraf Noonari addressing public gathering at Latifabad No. 12. He said his party has been saying since last 15 years that Punjab is base of Taliban and other religious terrorists but their demand has not only always been ignored by the sitting government but has been patronizing these groups and even getting help from them during elections. He said civil governments have been failing to eliminate terrorism from country with result that innocent citizen were being made their targets. He said it was high time that whether we need peaceful Pakistan of Quaide Azam or violent Islami Pakistan of Gen.Zia. He demanded to arrest all leaders of banned religious organizations and to seal seminaries that were spreading religious hatred and extremism. He paid rich tributes to sacrifices of armed forces adding that their sacrifices cannot be ignored. He demanded Zarb Azb like operation in whole country. The gathering was also addressed by Najeeb Ahmed Thebo, Dr. Uzma Jokhyo, Akhtar Sindhi, Jhangi Mallah, Wakeel Unjjan and Ahmed Rajput.
