Islamabad: February 13, 2016. (PCP) On the directions issued by the Court F.I.R No.40 of 2016 is registered at Police Station Mall Road, Murree however the Investigation has been deferred on the behest of the influential Accused persons. On 26/01/2016 Justice of peace/Additional Sessions Judge Murree directed the SHO P.S Murree to register the FIR against the accused persons which include Mr. Kamran Micheal which is now registered under sections 420, 468, and 471.
Allegedly Mr. Kamran Micheal Minister for Ports and Shipping in connivance with few others including Mr. Shafiq Masih looted sixty million rupees from Mr. Waqar Ahmed Khan a property advisor dealing in the business of property.
The council for the complainant Syed Khawar Ameer Bukhari said that the police has not invoked the other concerned sections of 467, 109 and 34 PPC which are necessary offences as per the complaint. Mr Bukhari further told that the police authorities reluctant to arrest the powerful accuseds. The Complainant also alleged that above said group of accused persons including Mr. Micheal induced and defrauded huge amount from his client Mr. Waqar on the pretext of sale/lease of The Holy Trinity Church, Mall Road, Murree in the beginning of 2013 when Mr. Micheal was holding the office of Minister for Minorities.
