New Delhi: January 13, 2016. (PCP) Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party expressed deep shock on the demise of former Lt. General JFR Jacob, the Hero of Bangladesh Liberation Movement who led Indian Army with great victory and earned affection and support from the people of Bangladesh. Prof. Bhim Singh said that India has lost a great soldier of the time and he has lost a great friend, human being and trusted soldier of the country. Prof.Bhim Singh said that General Jacob was a unique demonstration of India’s highest form of secularism and oneness. General Jacob, perhaps was the only Jewish General who led the Indian Army with great respect and honour. He shall remain all the times in the history of India as lasting light in the history of secular India. Prof.Bhim Singh said that India has lost a great decorated soldier whereas he (Bhim Singh) has lost great friend, sympathizers and a human being full of human love and dignity as an Indian.
