New Delhi: December 16, 2015. (PCP) While addressing a Panthers Party conclave in Jammu this afternoon, Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of J&K National Panthers Party urged President of India to use his exclusive power under the Constitution of J&K by invoking Article 370 to impose Governor Rule in J&K without any delay. Addressing a massive conclave of the activists, Prof.Bhim Singh said that Modi government failed to discharge its responsibility to uphold and strengthen the unity, integrity and sovereignty of India in regard to the State of J&K. Prof.Bhim Singh said that Parliament of India had passed a unanimous resolution in 1994 under the leadership of Shri Narasimha Rao, the then Prime Minister of India that entire J&K measuring 84,000 sq. miles has been under the threat of the foreign powers since 1947. He said more than 52,000 sq. miles has been under the foreign control which include 4,600 sq. miles of territory called POK, 32,000 miles under Pakistan’s direct control called Gilgit-Baltistan, 5,000 sq. miles under Pakistan direct control in Gilgit-Baltistan and over 20,000 sq.miles in Ladakh under China’s occupation. Prof.Bhim Singh said that the present leadership in Delhi has failed to response to the urges of the people of J&K that J&K has to be recognized as one state of J&K which acceded to the Union of India in 1947. Prof.Bhim Singh said that the present government in the Centre has been hobnobbing with foreign powers to cede (part) Kashmir region to Pakistan. He said that CIA and ISI have been working at par for destabilizing India to create anarchy this side. Prof.Bhim Singh called on the members of the Parliament and all the nationalist political parties to support the movement of the Panthers Party for a united movement to unite State of J&K as integral part of India which is the only way to seek peaceful resolution of the situation. Prof.Bhim Singh also demanded immediate dismissal of present Mufti-RSS (combine) government in J&K in the interest of unity, integrity and sovereignty of India.
