New Delhi: Prof.Bhim Singh, President of J&K National Panthers Party & Sr. Advocate of Supreme Court urged the President of India, Shri Ramnath Kovind for his urgent intervention to save J&K from the anarchy of Central Administration patronized by the Union of India. NPP Supremo also appealed to the Members of Parliament for their intervention to raise this issue in the Parliament of India that Govt. of India which is governing the State of J&K which is passing through the most dangerous situation under the President’s Rule as J&K as well as Ladakh have been declared as Union Territories. The State Assembly has been washed away for nearly three years. The indication from the Chief Election Commissioner of India is also highly provocative as the Election Commission of India has appointed the Delimitation Commission which, according to the Election Commission itself, may not complete its delimitation process for two years. That means that there shall be no Assembly election in J&K for another two years.

 Another discrimination with the residents of J&K is that, the J&K Secretariat shall be moved from Jammu to Srinagar for the next six months but with a novel change. The files/records concerning Kashmir province shall be digitized and packed in tucks to Srinagar to be installed in Srinagar Secretariat. This may save the state exchequer crores of rupees but the employees of all ranks shall have to be transported by road or air from Jammu to Srinagar and vice versa after every six months as has been happening since Maharaja’s day.

 The Panthers Party has held several seminars in Srinagar, Jammu and even in New Delhi demanding reorganization of the State of J&K so that the Twin Secretariat can function both in Jammu as well as in Srinagar around the year. This would save not only the state expenses but it shall give sufficient relief to the employees of the Secretariat who belong to either province--Kashmir and Jammu.

Prof.Bhim Singh accused the Central Rulers of playing gimmicks with the people of J&K. Firstly the rulers in Delhi demolished the State of J&K dividing it into two Union Territories and also imposed a permanent stamp as Union Territories thus demolishing the 200 years old State of J&K which was founded by Maharaja Gulab Singh in 1846.

Prof.Bhim Singh urged the President of India for his intervention to persuade the Govt. of India to hold Assembly elections and let the Delimitation Commission continue its process for two years. This will enable the State of J&K to have its democratic government so that the present anarchy, lawlessness and uncertainty shall disappear. He also appealed the Parliament for its intervention to save J&K from present panic, disorder and anarchy so that the residents of India may be able to enjoy the Fundamental Rights which have been guaranteed to the residents of J&K and Ladakh as provided in Chapter-III of the Indian Constitution.

 Prof.Bhim Singh shall invite the representatives of all democratic & secular recognized political parties to participate in forthcoming convention in Jammu & Kashmir.
