New Delhi: Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of J&K National Panthers Party & Senior Advocate in the Supreme Court of India besides Executive Chairman of State Legal Aid Committee has viewed the Press Conference of the Union Finance Minister, Mrs. Nirmala Sitharaman attempting to justify PM Modi’s announcement yesterday that Rs. 20 lacs crore shall be given as Economic Package. The Finance Minister aided by her Junior State Minister for Finance failed in totality to justify the PM’s Economic Package which he promised yesterday in a special announcement.

Prof. Bhim Singh described this attempt of the Prime Minister & his Finance Minister as a election speech as the FM failed to justify this kind of unnatural offer with Rs. 20 lacs crore (166 billion dollars) which has neither a planning sketch nor economic adventure.

The most important Economic Package is the need for the welfare and development of the Indian farmers who constitute about 85% of the population of the country. Offering easy loans to the privileged class in the country nor giving them loans on only tenders floated within the country shall help remove poverty in the country particularly when huge majority is residing in villages and living without necessary facility of Education & employment. Neither the Prime Minister in his Rs. 20 lacs crore message nor his supporting Finance Minister did touch the poverty ridden hundreds of millions people/unemployed youth in the villages. Neither the mission of ‘Aatam Nirbhar Bharat’ shall be achieved nor self reliance is possible in the country as long as 85% of the population living in the villages is provided effective Economic Package for the promotion of the rural folk and the rural economy is given attention.

NPP Supremo himself belongs to a class which resides in the broken village which did not have a Primary School either. He described Prime Minister Modi’s slogan Aatam Nirbhar Bharat is meant only for 10/15% of the population of the country who have not even visited the villages neither they are aware of the life 80% of the people in the villages have been living for centuries. Liquidity or liquidity concessions mean nothing for the wretched of the earth living in the rural areas.

Prof. Bhim Singh reminded the Prime Minister that the electoral/election slogans can no more rescue the upper class politicians/Ministers from the next peoples Coronavirus when the people in India shall rise in revolt against the unjust and discriminatory treatment meted to them is over. Neither economic package nor liquidities to the vested interest shall allow the opportunist political interests to govern them in future.

Interest free loans, special economic packages and subsidies shall no longer allow the exploiting class to deprive 80% of the population to govern them anymore.

NPP Supremo who himself spent more than 8 years in the prisons in Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi, Aligarh and other places during his education made a strong appeal to the youth of the country and particularly those who belong to rural area and to those who have been watching thousands of human beings (All Indians) begging in the streets of Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and other places because they have no job and no place to live, let them all unite to struggle for an ‘ultimate revolution’  so that justice shall flow to every house and all shall live with honour and dignity as human beings. These special packages, we have heard slogans like Gribi hatao, Haq do, Insaf do. What happened after they won the elections and ruled us? What we got today-Economic Package and that too for whom?

Prof. Bhim Singh made a strong appeal to the students community to join National Panthers Students Union & to the youth to join Young Panthers to strengthen the movement to achieve justice and equity for all to ensure that a secular/democratic movement is strengthened to achieve justice and equity for all.
