New Delhi: June 8, 2018. (PCP) Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party shall be visiting thousands of suffering villagers at International Border with Pakistan and LoC which falls in J&K. Prof.Bhim Singh shall meet the suffering, homeless and starving villagers in thousands from Poonch District to Kathua District who have been uprooted by firing from across the LoC and International Border threatening peace and tranquility in the Districts of Poonch, Rajouri, Jammu Rural and Kathua. The senior party leaders and activists shall be accompanied Prof.Bhim Singh in this mission to seek the present day information from the suffering people who have been thrown out from their homes in the bordering villagers only because they have remained defenseless. Prof.Bhim Singh said that he and his team shall visit Akhnoor, Pallanwala sector and meet the suffering people who have been forced to sleep on the roads without drinking water and food. That is the total failure of the government comprising of one PDP and other BJP. Prof.Bhim Singh shall also visit R.S. Pura Sector where many areas including Suchetgarh, Arnia have been turned desert because of the heavy firing from across the border by Pakistan. Prof.Bhim Singh reminded the countrymen that the Supreme Court of India had directed the Union Govt. as well as the Govt. of J&K in 1999 to provide adequate ration/food supplies to such persons as were forced out of their homes in the same sector. This writ petition was filed by J&K National Panthers Party. He expressed surprise that Govt. of J&K has ignored the direction of the Supreme Court of India as well as the direction at that time which was complied with by the Govt. of India. He said that the Panthers Party shall knock the doors of the Supreme Court again and seek appropriate/adequate compensation for the farmers/villagers who have been forced out of their homes by the firing from across the border. Prof.Bhim Singh said that situation in R.S. Pura sector as well as in Arnia and in Samba District has been as worst as in the rest of the bordering villages in Jammu province. He expressed shock on the total failure of Modi Govt. at the Centre to act in accordance with the directions issued by the Supreme Court of India from time to time. Prof.Bhim Singh also expressed surprise on the covered silence of the opposition parties who have no idea about what has been happening in the State of J&K particularly in the bordering villages of J&K. Prof.Bhim Singh declared the Panthers Party shall fight for justice, equity, peace and other amenities of life from New Delhi to Ladakh so that the people of J&K shall also get an opportunity to take a share in the benefits granted in fundamental rights in the Constitution of India which have not been granted to the people of J&K. The Parliament of India is equally responsible for the miseries, sufferings and constitutional discrimination which citizens of India in J&K have been facing since 1957 when Maharaja Hari Singh signed the Instrument of Accession.
