New Delhi: April 28, 2018. (PCP) It may be the first of the Indian Prime Minister that the Chinese Prime Minister received him as a personal guest and the Prime Minister of India did not receive the protocol which has not been globally reported with its background. Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party and also Chairman of the Non-Aligned Congress of Youth said that this kind of protocol given by Chinese government the Indian Prime Minister deserve a thought provoking reaction by those who traditionally, conventionally and historically stand to improve Indo-China relations for the good of both the people. Prof.Bhim Singh said that he has travelled the world for more than five years. During his visit to China on the roads, on the trains and on the planes and his reaction with the students and youth of China he felt that people of China love India as much as the people in the Arab world love and cherish the Indian way of life. What message the President of China, Mr. Xi Jinping wanted to convey to the people of China and to the people of India, it is difficult to imagine at this juncture but this is felt by every soul and person irrespective of his/her cultural or political tie up that Chinese President has not followed the Chinese spirit towards India. Prof.Bhim Singh said that informal summit in Wuhan, a distant place from Peking is also another question which Chinese President may not be in a position to explain. China has signed first joint treaty ‘Panchsheel Agreement’ with Nehru. Its’ roots are still alive but the growth stands scuttled for reasons which someone shall explain someday. A local comment of the so-called new chapter on India-China ties hosting Indian Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi in a summit in Wuhan, “Chinese state media has praised the tone of the ‘informal summit’ in Wuhan. The news was splashed across front pages of several leading newspapers in the country. The extensive reportage indicates the importance being attached to this visit by the Chinese leadership. Billed by both sides as an informal meeting rather than a summit, with none of the pomp and ceremony of a state visit such as 21-gun salutes.” Indian Prime Minister was given a ceremonial welcome with gun salute by the Jewish Govt. in Israel also. Indian Prime Ministers have been forefront leaders of the Non-Aligned Movement till Non-Aligned Movement was literally alive on the international platform. Prime Minister, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru visited China in 1954 when Indian and China also signed a joint agreement of ‘Panchsheel’. After that the movement of Non-Alignment was promoted where China was also actively supporting Prime Minister, Mr. Rajiv Gandhi visited China in December, 1988 after a gap of 34 years. Prime Minister Gandhi and Premier Li Peng added a new chapter in promoting the cultural ties between India and China. Indian Prime Minister, Mr. P.V. Narasimha Rao in 1993 visited China and signed India-China Border Area Agreement. Prime Minister, Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee visited China in 2003 and signed declaration on principles for relations & comprehensive cooperation. Efforts were also made to explore a framework of a boundary settlement between India and China from the political prospective. Indian Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh also paid an official visit to China in 2008 and participated in the 7th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) Summit. A meeting of the Non-Aligned Congress of Youth was convened in New Delhi under the chairmanship of Prof.Bhim Singh, Chairman of the Non-Aligned Congress with decided to convey the message to the press and to the political parties of the country to review the benefits of the visit of the Prime Minister to China.
