Jainism, if wants to become a global religion, then should first become relevant to the contemporary world (ii)- Jain organizations of the USA Should also take interest in this matter and similarly talk to Trump administration to get Bishnoi in US-prison. 

The Jainism (a Religion based mainly on non-violence) is a State based religion because a Jain can lead non-violent life only when he gives monopoly of sanctioned physical coercion to State. The State which is nothing but laws, national and international. Which means if Jains want to follow Jainism then they should ensure that the State functions properly specially about law & order matter (the safety & security of the people).

Therefore though Tiger Shroff and other people (Baba Siddique, Rohit Shetty Salman Khan) attacked by a so-called Bishnoi gang (as mentioned at https://indianexpress.com/article/cities/mumbai/tiger-shroff-shot-bishnoi-gang-attack-claim-screenshot-10927159/ ) were not Jains but the way these attacks were carried out by Lawrence Bishnoi (the head of the Bishnoi gang) from Sabarmati prison of Gujarat (the home State of PM Modi & Home Minister Amit Shah) as mentioned at https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/toi-plus/crime/how-does-gangster-lawrence-bishnoi-operate-his-network-from-ahmedabads-sabarmati-jail/articleshow/135049076.cms , it should be a matter of concern for Jains rather for wider Jainism also due to the fact that these gangs threaten and attack people for money and Jains is a prosperous community in India hence Jains also some day may become the preferred targets of Bishnoi or other such murderous gangs.

But it raises an important question that what Jainism can do about it ?. The answer is very simple. The Jain organizations (like All India Digamber Jain Samaj, All India Shwetamber Jain Samaj, All India Sthankwasi Jain Samaj and some socially conscious Sadhu, Sadhvis of these jain sects ) can meet PM Modi in person to persuade him that he ought to take seriously the murderous attacks by Bishnoi gang from Sabarmati prison (in Ahmedabad the capital of Gujarat) . This can easily be done by following three methods for listening the conversation of Bishnoi from prison with his gang members in India and foreign countries:-

(1)- If Bishnoi uses any SIM (Indian or foreign) then Mobile company method (2)- If Bishnoi uses internet calling (WhatsApp etc) then IP Method and (3)- Perimeter listening method where IMSI catchers / RF scanners can be  installed within 200 meters of the cell of Bishnoi.

These methods can be used by the GoI (Government of India) without authorization from any other authority because it is an issue of national security also due to the fact that even governments of foreign countries ( including of Canada and the USA as mentioned at https://www.rediff.com/news/report/major-crackdown-on-bishnoi-gang-24-arrested-in-us-canada-europe/20260708.htm ) have complained about criminal activities of Bishnoi gang in their countries.

Also while using above mentioned three methods it should be the policy of the Government of India that instead of jamming the conversation the GoI should prefer to listen the conversation of Bishnoi with his gang in India and in foreign countries so that his entire network of terrorism can be eliminated.

Therefore it is hoped that (i)- The Jain community of Gujarat (especially of Ahmedabad) and  Maharashtra (especially of Mumbai) shall rise to the occasion and along with their socially conscious religious leaders would urgently meet PM Modi in person to persuade him to take seriously the murderous attacks by Bishnoi gang executed by Bishnoi from Sabarmati prison and would do the requisite (may be as mentioned above) to eliminate Bishnoi and such other murderous gangs from India and (ii)- The Jain community of the USA (JAINA-USA and others shall similarly talk to US- Administration to approach the GoI for securing the custody of Lawrence Bishnoi (who is carrying out criminal activities through his gang in the USA) in order to keep Lawrence Bishnoi (and his gang in the USA) in the prison of the USA.
