India is unnecessarily dancing as US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor (who holds additional charge of US Envoy to Central and South Asia) has issued a meaningless statement from the soil of J&K that it is an important pat of India. India is specially happy because India thinks that as far as the USA Is concerned  it has accepted J&K as part of India that is why it has incensed Pakistan which has issued de-marche to the US diplomat  as reported at https://www.newindianexpress.com/india/2026/Aug/19/pakistan-summons-top-us-diplomat-over-envoys-remarks-saying-jk-part-of-india . But this all is basically a storm in a tea cup as explained below:_

(1)- If this statement of Mr. Sergio Gor  has done any thing then it is to prove that Prez Trump has placed the most simpleton and non serious US ambassador in India because this statement of Mr. Gor about a matter (which has potential of plunging the region in nuclear war due to China factor) has no meaning either legally or politically.

(2)- Legally it has no meaning because the political fate of united J&K is to be decided by referring it to the wishes of the people which is nothing but plebiscite or referendum which India is under legal obligation (under international law) to carry out as per the condition of the Instrument of Accession (IoA) of J&K to India as  mentioned at  https://ikashmir.net/historicaldocuments/115.html > and https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/exclusive-reports-details/284  .

(3)- At the same time time it has no meaning politically too because this plebiscite or referendum has to be carried out by India after getting entire united J&K (PoK, Ladakh, GIlgit-Baltistan) free from outsiders which Mr. Gor should have known before issuing the said meaningless statement. India can’t get united J&K free from outsiders because it is not merely Pakistan but China also is in united J&K and India (despite PM Modi’s self-proclaimd 56 inch chest) doesn’t have military courage to even think of removing China militarily from united J&K.

(4)- The USA Could have helped India in getting united J&K free from outsiders (Pakistan and China) if there wee not  cowards like Prez Trump (who unnecessarily out of cowardice lost the military clout of the USA in Iran war as explained at https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/4888) in the present US administration.

(5)- Instead of naively thinking that J&K would become part of India merely by a legally  & politically meaningless statement of US Ambassador to India Mr. Sergio Gor, - India and Mr. Gor should persuade / request  the POTUS to muster and show traditional US- military courage to help India militarily so that it can carry out plebiscite or referendum in united J&K after getting united J&K free from outsiders which the USA can easily do if tries to mobilize religion in the USA (may be with the help and assistance of my religion the US-Jainism if US-christianity continues to be un-interested) as mentioned at https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/4669 and https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/4747

IT is hoped the US -administration (the POTUS and his diplomats in India and in extended-SAARC region) would start taking the international affairs seriously especially those which have potential of plunging the region in nuclear war and would press the still-crucial and formidable military power of the USA to bring permanent peace in Indian subcontinent by launching and running the said new rule based global order.
