JAINA-USA should ensure the accused of intentionally mowing down 3 Jain Nuns are brought to justice. By Hem Raj Jain

At Rewa in the State of Madhya Pradesh in India three Jain nuns (Aryikas) were intentionally mowed down by a car which resulted in the death of two at the spot and one seriously injured and being treated in hospital. Though the government (the Madhya Pradesh government of the BJP of ‘Hindutva’ forces of ‘Sangh Parivar’ led by PM Modi which is concerned only about ‘Hinduism’ the so-called ‘Santa Dharma’ and doesn’t care about other religions including native and oldest religion of India namely Jainism) is trying to project it as an accident but the religious leaders of Jainism are terming it as intentional murder ( as evident from cctv footage https://www.bhaskarenglish.in/local/mp/news/rewa-jain-nuns-killed-speeding-car-protests-announced-138014326.html)  that is why they have given a call for all Jains in India to march on May 25 in silence and give memorandum to government for treating it as murder and for independent high level investigation as mentioned at -

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJQCbk6WiRA and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fm5i3F--Fu8

But Jain community didn’t respond and Jains didn’t come on road all across India  for submitting the said memorandum and even Jain community has not succeeded in getting F.I.R. registered in police station under proper sections of ‘Bharat Nyay Samhita’ the BNS (which has replaced the Indian Penal Code).

IT is obvious that if Jain community and its religious leaders think that it is not not a simple offense of 'homicide not amounting to murder' under section 105 of BNS (as is reportedly registered https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/bhopal/car-mows-down-jain-sadhvis-1-killed-2-seriously-would-in-hit-and-run/articleshow/131233132.cms ) but it is  an intentional murder hence F.I.R. should be registered under sections 61(2) for criminal conspiracy, section 3 (5)- common intention for crime, section 101, murder, section 115, voluntary grievous hurt,  Chapter XVI crime related to religion.

Then Jains in India (the country which is presently under Hindutva regime) are evidently incapable of getting justice (through F.I.R. under proper sections of the BNS) to the said three Aryikas therefore the JAINA-USA  (if it is really interested in Jainism, as it claims to be) should come forward and should help the Jains in India to ensure the accused of intentionally crushing of 3 Jain Nuns (2 dead and one seriously injured) are brought to justice.
