In this age of globalized world when world can’t do without some properly functioning global order in view of the present situation (where old global order of the UN has been destroyed mainly due to UKraine war which has destabilized the entire world) Russia and China mooted the idea of launching RIC alliance which will stabilize the region and the world (as reported at https://www.deccanherald.com/world/russia-india-china-troika-could-be-restarted-sergei-lavrov-3578129 and https://thinkbrics.substack.com/p/the-russia-india-china-trilateral ) and many in India thought that this RIC alliance will be a potential counterweight to Western dominance, with India positioned as its pivot (as mentioned at https://www.news18.com/opinion/opinion-ric-with-india-as-pivot-redefining-the-near-term-world-order-ws-l-9542325.html )   

But now  France has given a message and has thrown a gauntlet  to RIC by arresting the Chinese captain of a Russian (shadow fleet) ship going to India as reported at https://www.straitstimes.com/world/europe/france-to-try-chinese-captain-of-blacklisted-russia-shadow-fleet-tanker .  

Any miscalculation about such incidents may easily trigger catastrophic nuclear World War - 3 and Prez TRump’s claims of being a man of peace and a man against any war wouldn’t help in such a situation. Rather the USA need not remain passive spectator instead  Prez Trump ought to walk the talk and work for rule based new global order (as mentioned below) if wants to retain leadership of the West and of free world and if not only wants to have a nobel peace prize but also to MAGA :-  

(1)- Since 6 April 1917 when the USA officially entered World War - I the USA has remained the sole super power which has remained in the forefront of every matter of global importance [including in World War - II, launching of global order of the United Nations (after WW-II) with its head-office on the soil of the USA at New York, Cold war against the USSR etc]. This the USA could do because it projected itself and worked not only as the leader of the Western World (the Western European countries of NATO) but also as a leader of the free world.  

(2)- This leadership of the free world for over a century was helpful to the USA in acquiring (unprecedented in human history) economic, political and military power. But now with destruction of the existing global order of the UN mainly due to the Ukraine war, the USA should launch a new rule based global order in which the mistakes of the past (done in the UN) should be avoided (which can be done as given below). 

(3)-  The USA Should immediately dismantle the United Nations and should ask every member country of the UN to vacate the soil of the USA Within a time bound period of say one week and then declare the launch of “United Nations of  rule based world body” (UNRBWB) and start making the members for UNRBWB of countries  who are or want to be based constitutionally on six principles (i) Democracy based on universal adult franchise (ii)- Secularism (iii)-Welfare State where State capital will be deployed profitably in the interest of welfare STate for protecting the 6 fundamental rights of its people about food, clothings, shelter, safety / security, health care and education and (iv)-Freedom of religion including conversion out of free choice (v)- Anti- WMDS, the weapons of mass destruction (nuclear, biological and Chemical) and (vi)- Common monetary / trading system. 

(4)- In this UNRBWB no country should have veto power in its security council instead every member country will have voting right commensurate with its contribution of men (including military) , money and material (Including military) and its record of human rights nationally and internationally.    

(5)- This  UNRBWB should be ideology based and not like the previous one where the USA talked about bringing secular democracy in some member countries (including through so-called ‘Arab Spring’) but didn’t do enough to achieve it. Hence this UNRBWB should provide  military support (with such mention in its charter) to people of any country who demand independence  through their leaders or through their government in exile and having a support base of a considerable number of people in these willing countries who want to base the politics of their country on the basis of the said 6 principles.  

(6)- THis UNRBWB should be people oriented and not government oriented. Which means that the people should be able to move the UNRBWB in case their human rights are denied to them blatantly by the State apparatus of their county. For enforcing the human rights of the people of the member countries even militarily, if necessary, the UNRBWB should have elaborate mechanisms & apparatus  of human rights commissions (Global, national, State, District) , international courts, effective and promptly accessible military bases all across the world etc. 

(7)- It will enable many countries namely United J&K, SAARC countries, Tibet, XInjiang, Myanmar or even Taiwan (which are under authoritarian regime or under threat of China), Iran, and also the countries of Central Asia which presently do not have secular democracy.  etc  to become (with military help from the UNRBWB through the military of the West and India)  independent countries that will be members of the UNRBWB.  Alternatively if they want all these newly independent secular democratic countries may form a federation led by India (the largest secular democracy of the world). 

(8)- No-doubt India can play very important rather crucial role in helping the USA in launching and running this UNRBWB but it will be possible only when the USA brings the politics of India at least under its influence (if not under its control) which it can easily do if PrezTrump mobilizes Us-Christianity as mentioned at https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/opinion-details/4628 .  

(9)- If presently Prez Trump is not able to motivate US-Christianity to take interest in helping to establish the said new world body by bringing India under its political influence through a new political party in India to be patronized by US-Christianity then the PrezTrump can easily mobilize some Americans who are natives of India and who (without directly engaging in  politics in India which OCI card holders are not entitled to do in any case) can easily get it done through some other religion (than Christianity) in India.  

It is hoped Prez Trump (as self-styled man of peace) would walk the talk and would work seriously & sincerely for the launch and running of rule based new global order so that any possibility of catastrophic nuclear World War -3 can be avoided to the satisfaction of the beleaguered mankind.
