My State of Minnesota second time proves that law & order in the USA is not for ordinary people. By Hem Raj Jain

The majority religion Christianity also doesn’t constrain governments / politicians to work in the interest of people in the USA (ii)- Political leadership in the USA doesn’t understand basics of State functions namely providing safety and security to the people (iii)- Minnesotans should expect  politicians to be accountable especially in this year of general election (iv)_ If asylum beneficiaries are indulging in crimes then MInnesotans should demand their immediate expulsion / deportation

First time in Minnesota it happened in 2020 when Derek Chauvin, who is white, was shown in footage kneeling on 46-year-old George Floyd's neck. He and three other officers had been sacked. Days of looting and arson in the Minnesota city had boiled over into nationwide protests (as reported at https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-52854025 ) including in some States drama of police going down on knees to apologize to the people of the USA for the crime committed by police of Minnesota but these were all dramas because merely sacking of police officers were not enough rather all these police officers should have been prosecuted for murder and should have punished more severely by court for the simple reason that these officers were supposed to maintain law & order and to protect the lives and properties of the people of Minnesota.

At that time some people demanded dismantling of police in Minnesota which now is considered to be a foolish policy / demand as is evident from violence which happened to  Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party official who once vowed to “dismantle” the Minneapolis Police Department is now calling for tougher crime laws after she was beaten and bloodied in a carjacking outside her home this week as reported at Anti-cop Minnesota Democratic Party official left bloodied in violent carjacking — now calls for tougher crime laws .

Of course law will take its own course in this matter too as it always takes generally in the USA but it raises a basic question - why ordinary people are not safe in my State of Minnesota (USA) and why political leadership of the USA is unable to understand that the most fundamental duty of any State is to protect the life, properties and honor of the people ?

To what extend law & Order in my State of Minnesota in particular and in the USA in general is hopeless is evident from the fact that as per naive Minnesotans the cheaper public  transport by train between  suburban areas (including my area of Shakopee)  and  the capital (twin cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul ) is not provided by the government  is due to the fear that criminal elements from other areas will use such trains to come and go in these suburban area which will increase the theft in these suburban areas. This proves that criminal elements are living in some neighborhoods in Minnesota but Minnesota police don't have any clue as to how to address this problem and how to get some neighborhoods rid of  these  criminal elements.

Most of such problems and other many problems  can be solved if political parties in Minnesota / USA start working democratically where there will be party offices (with flag & banner of the party and a territorial office bearer elected by party members to man the office) of political parties in the areas where members will give monthly subscription and will sign once a month on the register kept in such local party office. This will empower the party workers on ground who will keep watch on the criminal elements and other activities in their area which will not only help the police to maintain law & order and to stop crimes in Minnesota but will also provide a place where people in that area can approach the political parties for getting relief from the departments &  functionaries of the State.

It is hoped the politicians of my State of Minnesota will understand the basic function of the State and will start taking politics seriously and will start adhering  to the basics of politics.
