Whether Prez Biden  likes it or not India still remains the only country which has the potential of not only containing China but also of keeping China at its proper place (ii)- How can the USA ignore the capacity  and willingness of 'Akhand Bharat' led by India to put sufficient number of professional boots on ground in favor of new rule based participatory global order ? (iii)- Incumbent ‘Hindutva forces’ will support its dream project of ‘Akhand Bharat’ in the interest of new global order (which will materialize its slogan  of “vasudha-ev-kutumbakam’) 

The going of  Prez Biden to Vietnam by skipping 9/11 event (extremely emotional event for Americans that too in 2024 US- general election year for which primaries have already started) at New York (as reported at https://www.cnn.com/2023/08/28/politics/joe-biden-vietnam-visit/index.html ) is of course due to the simple reason that Prez Biden gives utmost importance to China containment policy which is quite understandable and in the long term interests of the USA but this policy have some serious drawbacks and Prez Biden ought to go for out of box solution as mentioned below if he is serious about winning this on-going cold war-2 (of the West led by the USA v/s China) which has a potential of getting  converted into hot war that is why Prez Biden is trying to rope-in Vietnam militarily against China:-

(1)- Though India has certainly not cooperated with the West led by the USA to the extent expected by the West but for this only India can't be blamed rather the USA is equally to be blamed as explained here.

(2)- Whether the USA Likes it or not India is the singular country which has maximum potential of not only containing China but also of keeping China at its proper place (also because Tibet govt in exile is on the Indian soil) to the extent China wouldn’t be in a position to destroy any global order as it has done in case of the global order of the UN (which was sponsored by the USA in 1945 after world War - II) and which has been destroyed by Russia with help of China through Ukraine war.  

(3)- Prez Biden couldn’t exploit this potential of India because he failed to influence the Indian establishment in favor of new rule based global order though Biden could have done it easily if he tried to help India in realizing “AKhand Bharat”[the dream project of incumbent 'Hindutva forces' (believing in “vasudha-ev-kutumbakam’ (as preached by PM MOdi also during his 2023 addressed to joint session of US-congress) hence PM modi led  BJP wouldn’t oppose it rather will support it]  the FSD- extended SAARC as mentioned at https://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/exclusive-reports-details/272

(4)- (4)-  When the USA has lost the appetite for putting its boots on ground for the protection of global order how can the USA ignore the capacity  and willingness (if handled properly by US-christianity) of 'Akhand Bharat' led by India to put sufficient number of professional boots on ground in favor of new rule based participatory global order

(5)- This failure of Biden’s policy is due to the simple reason that Biden wants to follow traditional policy and doesn’t want to make extra efforts  for out of box solution for roping-in India in the interest of launching a new rule based global order which can be launched only under the leadership of the USA. 

Therefore it is hoped that Prez Biden not only in the interest of containing China but also for launching a new rule based global order will first  fully exploit the India factor before depending militarily on Vietnam etc in this matter.
