Demonstrations and protests are going on since Friday in Kashmir valley (after terrorist Burhan was declared killed by security forces) in which 30 civilians have been killed and over 300 injured by the firing of security forces. The security forces still do not use non-lethal bullets against civilian protesters hence by issuing meaningless sermons that - ‘security forces should avoid disproportionate use of force against civilian protesters’ - the J&K Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti cannot get away from the responsibility of these sad & unfortunate killings and of most explosive fall-out of such killings.
In a normal situation too Mehbooba should have been careful and caring but she should have been more so especially in present situation where ISIS has already registered its presence in SAARC through Bangladesh by 1/7 terrorist attack at Dhaka and ISIS is trying desperately to get a foot hold in Kashmir (which will be easier for ISIS after such incidents of 30 Kashmiri civilians killed and over 300 injured by security forces and also in view of the media report that Islam has laid down the lives of ~ one hundred thousand Jihadis for Kashmir).
ISIS knows that foothold in Kashmir will give tremendous advantage to ISIS for getting considerable presence in AF-PAK region which in total and ultimately will increase the clout of Sunni ISIS in region East of Shia Iran having ~ one Billion Muslims including in SAARC region (because despite support to separatists expressed by PM Nawaz and public meeting by Saeed & Salahuddin in sympathy of killed Burhan mean nothing in practical terms as far as Kashmiri separatists are concerned and this will project ISIS as the last of Jihadis).
But the developments in Kashmir for the last three days have proved that Mehbooba has no other qualification than the daughter of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) founder Late Janab Mufti Mohammed Sayeed. Therefore Mehbooba’s party PDP should rise to the occasion and should replace Mehbooba with some other competent Chief Minister if PDP cares for the life, safety, properties and honor of the people of J&K and does not want to be wiped out from the political scene of J&K in next election.
The PDP should keep one more point in mind. Since it came to power in 2015 it is behaving as a B – Team of National Conference headed by Abdullahs. The PDP (unlike NC) should understand that without Kashmir solution violence will not stop in Kashmir and without unification of J&K there is no Kashmir solution.
Hence if PDP really wants to solve the problem of Kashmir then it should officially and publicly demand that Government of India should immediately start talks with Pakistan for retrieve of POK and PDP should go even to the extent that in case Pakistan does not hand over POK to India on table then India should be prepared to retrieve POK even military
PDP should not forget that unlike non-martial & coward India [which absurdly thinks that by merely writing in the Constitution or by unanimous resolution of Parliament, entire J&K (including POK) has become an integral part of India] Pakistan much smaller than India tried to take Kashmir militarily in 1947, 1948, 1965, 1971 during Kargil etc. Hence because acquiescence and inordinate delay damage the title due to adverse possession Pakistan is increasingly having better title on J&K than India (on the contrary Indian military instead of taking-on Pakistan military is showing its ‘bravery’ by training its guns on citizens of India in J&K under the protection of AFSPA etc)
Therefore if PDP is really a pro-India and pro-J&K political party then after replacing Mehbooba as Chief Minister should publicly raise this demand that India should retrieve POK without any further delay.
