Insensitive idea. By Mehwish Rashid

Although our President Obama says that having as many Muslims to build a Mosque in America is just like allowing other nations and practicing religions to have the freedom to worship. Question is what’s the rationale behind this? Why does a religion that empowers jihad, martyrdom, and suicide bombers allowed to have their own place where they might be preparing more teams, and more problems in the name of religion.
I feel like we need to acknowledge their intentions behind using the freedom to practice and offer prayers in those very many mosques they have build around within cities and suburban neighborhoods.
Recent radio coverage on further building the mosque buildings states:
Opponents of a proposed Islamic center near “ground zero” in New York say it’s insensitive to build a Muslim house of worship so close to the site. The controversy over where an Islamic mosque can or can’t be built is also spilling over into other communities too. Conservative activists in Temecula are trying to block construction of what would be the first Islamic mosque in Southwest Riverside County.”
We need to welcome them as humans, and support them for having equal rights; however building too many mosques around and having people wear the traditional outfits could be considered somewhat uncomfortable to the rest of the society.
Pastor William Rench and his flock at Calvary Baptist Church said “We’ve always held the view that Islam is wrong and that it’s a false a religion and we disagree with it,” says Rench. “We hold the view the Mormonism is wrong, that Jehovah’s Witnesses are wrong and that Roman Catholicism has gotten divergent from the truth. So, we’re not suggesting that Islam is not the only group that doesn’t get it right!”
In my humble opinion, when Muslims in Pakistan burn down churches America does not looks at that as a threat to the other Christians in Pakistan, than how come they are allowed and considered so equally in terms of building their worship centers here without being questioned?
The press media has been very active to communicate to the masses of the pathetic, horrifying scene where 15 hundered houses, shops, stores and 13 Churches and over 1500 Bibles and hymn books and religious commentaries were burnt into ashes in Shanti Nagar Khanewal, Punjab, Pakistan.
Muslims certainly look at Christianity as a threat, but our President doesn’t feels the need to question their actions, their threats towards our living and dead brothers and sisters that have been victimized.
