He expressed his grave concern on loss of lives and property in wave of agitation after the 'Fathwa of Jihad ' by the religious leadership of Afghanistan in Pakistan, where Muslims are killing in the name of such decrees from decades by killing their fellow Muslims brothers of different sects in Islam in mosques during prayers and now they plan to move their motives around the globe to prolong their interests. In this critical situation its foremost religious duty of most respectable and prominent Muslim religious leaders like Imam e Khana Kabba, Mufti e Adam Palestine, Posh Imam Jamie Masjed Delhi and others to issue their concept on terrorism in Islam and authorization to call for Jihad in Islam. Mr. Batti said that he takes General Mushraf as true Muslim and President or Imam of Pakistan and bound to accept his decisions on national interests of Muslims and other religious communities in Pakistan and this is the important clarification required that decision of call of 'Jihad' by mullah Umber and Asama Bin Laden shall be duly counted in Islam or not in presence of General Mushraf and his decision to curb terrorism. He said that clarification by these prominent religious leaders can promote peace among international communities and their silence can lead to blood shed, therefore they are suppose to break their silence.
