I am servant not master of Pakistani nation. PM Jamali. PCP Report.

Washington D C. Talking to a Christian leaders delegation, Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mir Zafar Ullaha Khan Jamali during his recent visit to USA in Washington, he said, " I am humble servant and not master of Pakistani nation". He assured the Chris

PM said that government of Pakistan is using all means to arrest the killers of Fr. George Ibrahim who was martyred in Renala Khurd. PM assurances came after the memorandum presented by Mr. Anjum Bhatti, President, Pakistani Christian League in USA, in this meeting. Mr. Anjum Bhatti, demanded immediate arrests of killers of Fr. George Ibrahim and injustice by the Rangers to grab agricultural lands of Christian peasants in Okara. In this meeting arranged by Pakistan Embassy to call upon any visiting Prime Minister or President of Pakistan in USA after years, no press note was issued to highlight the Christian leaders delegation visit to neglect the importance of Christian issues and substandard the delegation. The statement presented by Mr. Ashraf Abbasi, President, Pakistani American Congress was the first surfaced fact on this forum that most of the Pakistani Christian leaders have been working as tools of Pakistani Embassy when he disclosed with pride that " Christian leaders did great job to prevent US government to impose sanctions against Pakistan by writing to the Congressmen and Senators on Brown Amendment of their respective constituencies in support of campaign launched by Pakistani diplomats in USA, to declare no religious persecution in Pakistan" The PAC Chief Abbasi, disclosure presented double standards of Pakistani Christian leaders in USA who issued statements and organized processions against the Blasphemy Laws, attack of Muslim militants on Schools, Hospital and Churches in Pakistan but bargained on Christian situation and rights with secret compromise with Pakistan Government through Pak Embassy in Washington. The Christian delegation lost its importance when most of the Christian leaders presented their profiles and affiliations with famous Christian colleges in Pakistan to establish links with Shaikh Rashid, Minister in delegation with PM present during meeting. The follow up with memorandum presented in sitting or additional relevant issues of Christian interests were ignored by most of the Christian leaders in a bid to satisfy and please the Pakistani Ambassador in US, also present in meeting, to put impression that Christian leaders are fully satisfied with the policies of the Pakistani government toward Christians in Pakistan. The amazing situation aroused when one of the Christian leader was unable to utter the correct name of the Pakistani Prime Minister to whom he have traveled hundreds of miles to meet on this occasion. Mr. Manzoor Alam, Chairman, Pakistani American Christian Coalition. Mr. Earnest Gulab, President PACC, Alfreda Gill, VP, PACC, Mr. Parvez, Chairman Pakistani Christian League in USA, Mr. Victor Gill and many other Christian leaders were present in the meeting. The Christian Leaders lost this great opportunity to convey their messages and draw attention of the Government of Pakistan to wards grave situation of Christians in Pakistan. As with low credentials in Pakistani politics of these North American Pakistani Christian leaders who run a marathon to Pakistani Embassy in DC and Counsel in NY to get invitations to attend dinners of Executives of Pakistan Government during visits to USA and seldom seen in person by any President or PM.
