According to FIR number 238/03, registered at Mahmoodabad Police Station, under section 379/34 PPC by Violet Cheema, She was approached at her home by an unknown black beard man, claiming him to be special police officer enquiring about any Kakoo Shah, insisted her to approach to the home of area influential Muslim Malik Saeed Khan for investigation. Mrs. Violet Binyamin Cheema, who is working as health visitor in a local Christian community health center was forcibly taken to the home of Malik Saeed Khan and served with glass of juice, which made her unconscious. She was gang raped by friends of Malik Saeed Khan and when she comes to senses, her body was full of teeth bites and broses. When she wanted to raise her voice after this hours gang rape she was picked up and thrown to her by the rapists who also took gold ornaments and Rs.5000 cash from her drawer. This shameful act of gang rape, abduction and robbery took place on July 23, 2003. Violet Cheema informed her husband Mr. Binyamin about her gang rape and robbery who took her to police station and then to hospital for medical aid. The Mahmmodabad Police station Muslim police officers registered the case but delayed the arrests of Muslims involved in this gang rape. Violet Cheema is not the only Christian woman raped in Pakistan. The Bishop of Multan Methodist Church, Rt. Rev. A Kamran announced the Christian women rape incident up to 351 in year 2001 which were registered with police in Pakistan. According to the PCC survey team the incidents of rape of Christian women by the Muslims climbed up to 780 in year 2002. The given statistics is of those rape Christian women, which was registered with different police stations in Pakistan. According to Mr. Albert, a social and human right activist, " in Pakistani society women feel shame to surface rape cases to save their family. The young women can not get any bridegroom if it surfaces in society that girl have been a rape victim in past. Mr. Albert told our reporter that there are thousands of Christian women raped on their workplaces but they keep silent" "The Muslim involved in rape cases of Christian women are never punished according to laws in Pakistan but get away with crime due their relatives in the administration of Pakistan" said a Christian old man who was reluctant to be disclosed his name. The Muslim involved in rape of Violet Cheema are threaten her to kill her and her family if she do not withdraw her case and settle to compromise. Is there Justice for Violet Cheema? Who put away the social values of Pakistani Society and decided to punish her rapists according to laws.
