The case under section 295 B & C PPC was registered against her in the same police station where she was raped on November 10, 2002.
The strange part of this false blasphemy case against Nasreen Bibi is that Sub Inspector of Police of same Nawan Kot Police station named Mohammad Bashir Ahmed ASI, is complainant against her in the FIR # 603/2002 under blasphemy charges.
The Christian woman victim of Blasphemy laws Mst Nasreen Bibi is behind the bars and Muslim advocates had refused to plead her case in court of law since her arrest in 2002.
On campaign of CLASS against religious persecution of Christians in Pakistan have provided her a Christian attorney Aslam Chowdry, who is pleading her case in court of law to dismiss the false case against Nasreeb Bibi now and setting for her early bail from illegal custody.
