ARREST OF PARVEZ MASIH CONDEMEND. SALIM BALOUCH.

KARACHI.(CORRESPONDENT)The president Jamhori Watan Party sindh, Mr. Salim Baloch said the arrest of Parvez masih under blasphemey law is unjust and demanded the immediate release of parvez Masih.

He said that JWP is in favour of religious freedom and believes in the equal basic rights for all the citizens of Pakistan and the use of any law against any religious community in Pakistan is un constitutional as gauranttes provided in the constitution. He said that JWP during his government in Balouchistan proved the they act as they comment and Nawab Akber Bughti played very able, positive and effective role in the history of pakistan nominating speaker of assemly and important ministries allocation toward the miorties. Mr, Balouch, condemend the arrest of Parvez Masih and demanded that its important to have judical enquiry before lodging the FIR under section 295 B&C of pakistan penal code, He added that islamic teaching also gaurantte the full protection of the minorties and to convict minorties under islamic laws is very serious matter and its need of tme to bring this issue before Islamic Council again because late Moulana Kousar Niazi as chairman Islamic Council termed this law as un islamic and forward recomendations to repeal the blasphemey laws in Pakistan. He said that conviction of minorties under blasphemey laws is creating negative aspects of islamic teaching and immediate steps are rquired to curb the international propoganda against Pakistan. He said the release of Parvez Msih can be a positve step against this propoganda to present the true image of Pakistan.
