Sahiwal. February 17. Mst Wilat Bibi, the wife of Boota Masih have appealed regarding inhuman attitude of Mr.Pervaiz Iqbal Divisional Engineer N.M.C. (PTCL) Farid town sahiwal to the chairman Pakistan Telephone Corporation, Federal Minster for commun

In her appeal, She alleged that the higher officers of the Telephone Department are sheltering DE Pervaiz Iqbal and he have not hope of any justice by the present officers looking in the matter of my husband. In her appeal Wilat Bibi have said "My husband Boota Masih is working as Daily Wages Sweeper in N.M.C. Division Farid Town Sahiwal from the last seven years. Since when the D.E.N.M.C. Farid town Sahiwal has taken the charge of this post my husband is under the cruel stress of psychologically disturbed officer. My husband was remained in the custody of prevaiz Iqbal from 31-01-2003 to 09-02-2003. During this period he takes duty from my husband for the whole day and in the evening, he kept him in locked room like prisoner". Wilat Bibi further said "After this instead of transferring the cruel officer, my husband has been transferred by the Director Telegraphs Lahore, giving the shelter to DE Pervaiz Iqbal instead of justice for my husband". She said "I am worried about my husband because some officers instead of supporting the victim are sheltering the DE".
