Mr. Nazir S Bhatti said that Christian are the second biggest population community in Pakistan and on number one in the minorities and being son of soil reserve right to share in the power and resources of the state. Mr. Bhatti said that PML-Q (Pakistan Muslim League- Quaid E Azam) have no joint elections in their manifesto and Mir Zafar Jamali is premier of Pakistan, leading the PML-Q, The political party without any conceptions of joint elections for minorities in Pakistan according to the 14 point doctrine of founder of Pakistan Quaid E Azam.If Mr. Jamali is true follower of Quaid E Azam and claims to be chief executive of the state with constitutional powers in hand, we the 15 million Christians of Pakistan demand to restore the separate election system with dual voting rights and representation in senate of Pakistan and national assembly on proportional to population. Mr. Bhatti said that PCC have always demanded the joint elections with dual voting rights and demand of joint elections was motivated by the tools of PPP which preferred Hindu on Christian in Sindh province and left the Sindh assembly without Christian representation. Mr. Bhatti said that joint election campaign was launched by the anti Christian elements and they to press upon this demand misled international community. He added that separate elections were never the cause to declare Christians the second-class citizens in Pakistan but the joint elections have created the feelings of insecurity and second-class citizenship when they are without any representation in three provinces and in the federal cabinet of Pakistan. Mr. Nazir Bhatti urged the Prime Minister Jamali to restore Separate election with dual voting rights, representation in senate of Pakistan.
