Philadelphia: February 20, 2012. (PCP) Pakistani Christian Diaspora in USA paid homage to Christian poet Sharif Parvez Asam Sarhaddi on his services in Peshawar Church with writing Christian hymns and his poetry.
Poet Sharif Parvez Asam Sarhaddi died in Peshawar city and laid to rest by hundreds of mourners and relatives.
Mr. Asam Sarhaddi wrote a book on “Rozza” and Hymns for Sialkot Convention. He was active member of Literary Society Peshawar and well respected among writers and poets on his creative poetry and writings.
