Those who passed away from this world are always remain for getting good deeds from their family members, friends, neighbors and well-wishers as they can’t perform any more.
The question that some people ask is that if a person is dead, can we increase its status or decrease its torment by conveying rewards of OUR deeds.
If one wants to convey the reward of one's recital of Holy Qur'an, charity, Nafil Salaat (Non-Obligatory), fasts and good deeds, Hajj, Umrah etc., Those who perform any sort of small good deeds will receive the same reward without any deduction.
Those who yet ignoring this good deed for passed parents – relatives – friends or neighbors are consider very un-luckily. When people think to perform any good deeds for their beloved who no more in this world.
