Dear Editor Indian media has started asking for blood of JKLF Chairman Yasin Malik because during his press conference he suggest that UJC chief Syed Sallah-ud-din should form a probe committee so that facts over Sopore incident could come to fore after thorough investigations. During this press conference Malik reportedly also said that PDP-BJP government in J&K has imposed an overall ban on all peaceful, pro-freedom activities. He remarked further that on May 25, 2015 when JKLF tried to start a peaceful ‘Safr-e- Jehd-e-Musalsal’, not only he was arrested along with the front cadre but also terror was unleashed in entire Pulwama district hence it has been resolved that choking political space is not acceptable to JKLF and would fight this undemocratic behavior of so called rulers at every level and for this JKLF will start Jail Bharo Tehreek for ten 10 days from Friday May 29, 2015 and after that if the situation remains unchanged then the future course of action shall be announced by JKLF. There is nothing wrong in these statements of Malik. God only knows when will Government of J&K (GOJ&K) and Government of India (GOI) understand that there is a difference between non-violent freedom of expression and actual acts of violence / armed rebellion as explained at http://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/viewarticles.php?editorialid=2398. So far government has not released Masarrat Alam who has been put in jail because he was involved in raising Pakistani flags and slogans. Even Home Minister of GOI Rajnath Singh absurdly said in Jammu on Wednesday that people raising flags & slogans of Pakistan will not be tolerated which means separatists like Geelani, Mirwaiz etc may also soon be likewise sent to jail.. These reactions (of GOJ&K, GOI, media, political & strategic commentators and others in India) would have been O.K. had it been some normal State of India but J&K is not so as given below:- (1)- If India does not consider POK as India (hence does not want to retrieve it) then why people of J&K (especially Kashmiri separatists like Geelani, Masarat Alam, Yasin Malik, Mirwaiz etc) should consider themselves as Indian citizens. ‘1947 Instrument of Accession of J&K to India’ did not merely bring extra territory to India but also casts responsibility on India to protect territorial integrity of J&K. Hence if India does not retrieve POK then as per law India will be considered in forceful-illegal-possession of Indian side of J&K. (2)- Is the said political fraud by Indian State (where it does not want to retrieve POK) the main reason PM Modi did not agitate the issue of ‘China-Pakistan Economic Corridor’ during his visit to China as mentioned at http://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/viewarticles.php?editorialid=2392 (3)- Are Kashmiri Muslim politicians (Abdullahs etc of NC, Muftis etc of PDP, Lone etc of JKPC and others) aware of this political fraud of Indian State ? If yes, then it will be as bad as stabbing people of J&K (especially Kashmiri Muslims) in their back by these Kashmiri Muslim politicians. Because Kashmiri Muslims are the main victims of excesses - the result of deployment of hundreds of thousand of military and paramilitary forces along with AFSPA etc in J&K. If GOI does not want POK then Kashmir solution will be much easier (at least from Indo-Pak government side) and such huge deployment of security forces in the civilian life of the people of J&K will not be necessary (4)- Has GOI ever thought that even if GOI forgets POK, Islamic Jihadis from Pakistan (including UJC chief Syed Sallah-ud-din) which, as per media reports, laid down the lives of ~ one hundred thousand Jihadis (from Pakistan, J&K, Afghanistan etc) for Kashmir will not forget Kashmir. Therefore instead of harassing its own citizens ( like Geelani, Masarat Alam, Yasin Malik, Mirwaiz etc) India should retrieve POK without any further delay and for this should move UN & P5+1 to bring Pak nukes under UN control as explained at http://www.pakistanchristianpost.com/letterdetails.php?letterid=694 Once India is seen retrieving POK, the behavior of separatists like Geelani, Masarrat Alam, Yasin Malik, Mirwaiz etc and of others in J&K will change to the satisfaction of Indian State.
