Dear Brothers and Sisters, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all consolation, who consoles us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to console those who are in any affliction, with the consolation with which we ourselves are consoled by God” (2 Cor 1:3-4). Praying for the Persecuted Church with the Hope and Joy of Christmas, Christmas gives us the opportunity to pause and reflect on the important things around us – a time when we can look back on the year that has passed and prepare for the new year. Please request to remember and pray for Asia Bibi, Shahzad and Shama Christian husband and wife burnt alive and all victims' families and for LEAD team and particularly Advocate Sardar Mushtaq Gill, Human Rights Defender who has pledged to celebrate Christmas simply due to Peshawar AP School massacre and alive burning of Christian couple in false accusation of blasphemy.
