To The Editor Sub:- ‘Neem-Hakeem’ conducting ‘Balochistan Movement’ Ref:- (i)- Baloch HRC (UK) condolence message regarding Khalil Dale not enough. (ii)- Balochs are grossly underestimating the powers & forces at the disposal of Pakistan, which may cost more life’s to Balochs in future (iii)- Balochs do not have any other choice than to struggle through integrated program (as explained in my previous letters) of :- (A)- FSDSAARC (USI) (B)- Mobilizing support of other similar movements like Kashmir, North East, SL Tamils etc (C)- Mobilizing opinion and active support for Balochistan mainly from India and from world community (especially USA & Allies). (D)- Keeping the 'Independent Balochistan' movement loudly secular and away from political closeness to any religious sect of Islam. Dear Sir The Baloch Human Rights Council (UK) has circulated condolence message strongly condemning the barbaric killing of Khalil Dale by the so-called "Pakistani Taliban", but this much is not enough and more needs to be done by Balochs, as given below:- (1)- It is evident that the Balochistan movement is in the hands of ‘Neem-Hakeem’ (half doctors) who do not understand the gravity of the situation in relation to a freedom movement. This may, God forbid, may cost more lives in future to Balochs if things are not improved & corrected immediately. First and foremost the Balochs will have to stop grossly underestimating the powers & forces at the disposal of Pakistan which will have to be fought, controlled and tackled by Balochs during this movement for ‘Independent Balochistan’. (2)- This ‘Neem-Hakeemi’ is clear also from this BHRC (UK) condolence message too where it has been mentioned that - “[It is a well known fact that this terrorist outfit is directly controlled and managed by the Pakistani military agencies, because of his humane and kind nature Khalil Dale was very popular with the local people, it is a great shame that the dark forces of the establishment saw in Khalil Dale a threat to their twisted world of anti-human bigotry, aside from themselves they do not trust any one else, especially, the foreign converts to Islam, the latter are seen as potential enemies who must either conform to the establishment's primitive view of Islam and obey it slavishly or be prepared to be eliminated, Khalil Dale's gruesome murder, therefore, must not be seen as an isolated incident, the Pakistani military's brutal use of force in Balochistan, the terrorist actions of its various Jihadist outfits within and outside Pakistan, especially, in Europe and the United States and its brazen intervention in Afghanistan are proof enough that Pakistan is nothing but a rogue state, we fervently hope that the international community deal with this source of international terror and instability before it succeeds to unleash a nuclear holocaust in the region and indeed the entire world]". - It is evident from this message too that the Balochs are naive and do not understand that Pakistan is not going to offer 'Independent Balochistan' on a silver platter. (3)- Baloch will have to mobilize other factors too as mentioned in some detail in my earlier letters, the crucial features of which are given below in brief:- (i)- The Kashmir issue leaves no option for Balochs than to realize their mission through ‘Federation of Secular Democratic SAARC Countries’ (FSDSAARC) some thing like United States of India (USI) in which members can be Balochistan, Kashmir, Maldives, Afghanistan, North-East, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, SL Tamil region, Bhutan etc. (even more members can be carved out from these members). (ii)- Balochs should learn the lessons from the thus far non-success of Kashmir, N-E and SL Tamil movements. Balochs will have to open offices across globe. These offices in India should be at least in Delhi, Mumbai, Jammu & Shrinagar, North East, Kolkata and Chennai and preferably in Sri Lanka also. (iii)- In India Balochs may rely (if aroused properly) on huge support for it and for FSDSAARC (USI) from 200 million Indian Muslims who will support it due to benefit of demographic transformation (ii)- Even Hindu organization RSS with avowed passion for ‘Akhand Bharat’ (Intgrated India) will also be extremely important ally (if tackled properly) for independent Balochistan / FSDSAARC (USI). (iv)- Balochs may use all the electronic and print media in India for propagating their mission but they should specifically patronize at least one TV channel each in Hindi, English, Bengali and Tamil (out of about five dozens such 24x7 TV channels) and one such news paper in India. (v)- Balochs should also discuss the following two principle of ‘Federalism’ during their campaign for independence struggle because the success of FSDSAARC (USI) will hugely depend upon the acceptance of and preference for ‘Federalism’:- (A)- If natural resources do not belong exclusively to States / members of FSDSAARC (USI) then Federalism has no meaning. (B)- Apart from bureaucracy Centre has military (armed forces) whereas States / members of FSDSAARC (USI) have police with them. Therefore only martial matters like defense, foreign affairs, national (land, water, air) transport, communication, currency etc should be with federal government whereas every other subject (civil matters) should be with States / members of FSDSAARC (USI). Even except railways & airports on national / international routes, other railway / air routes are also to be with States / members of FSDSAARC (USI). (vi)- Given highly important strategic interests of USA & Allies in favor of 'Independent Balochistan' [which will provide direct access to Afghanistan and also sea-line and ports to the armed forces of USA & Allies] and also the support in Congress in view of the resolution for right to self determination for the Baloch people of Pakistan moved by Congressmen Dan Rohrabacher, Louie Gohmert and Steve King, the Balochs should concentrate maximum on garnering the OPEN & VOCIFEROUS support of USA & Allies for ‘Independent Balochistan’. (vii)- The Islam too is a religion which bothers about human sufferings. Hence matters related to human sufferings & concerns can be taken to and discussed with various religious leaders of different sects of Islam in Balochisatan (but in no case the political matters related to ‘Independent Balochistan Movement’). This will avoid the possibility of attack on any protagonist of this movement by any sect of Islam through their supported extremist outfits, apart from getting increased support from world community. Therefore Balochs should keep their movement loudly secular and away from political closeness to any religious sect of Islam. (4)- It is expected that the leadership of ‘Independent Balochistan’ movement will take this freedom struggle seriously and responsibly to the extent it warrants, before endangering the lives of their millions of supporters.
